As many of you know, we run a full service salon with Certified, Licensed and Red Seal stylists; as well as offer training for students in the field of Hairdressing and Nail Technology.
It is never easy to bring up the topic of price changes and increases but we have had to make that difficult decision, due to rising costs of business operations. Our goal is to continue providing you with the best experiences and salon services.
This price change will be for services offered by our experienced Stylists and Nail Technicians. This change will take effect August 21, 2023
Services performed by students will still be offered at a reduced rate.

All services performed by students are guided and observed by qualified instructors to ensure techniques are performed safely and precisely for the client’s needs and student success, building confidence and drive to move forward in their career.
Policies
Running Late
We understand that sometimes life is busy, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you're appointment may have to be rescheduled. You may be charged a no show fee but we will do our best to accommodate you. We know your time is important, as is ours.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel or change your appointment, we appreciate at least 24 hour notice so that we have the opportunity to book in another guest.
No Show
Missing an appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of that service on your next visit. We understand unexpected situations come up and they will be taken into consideration.
Service Return
We do not give refunds for services but we want all our guests to be happy with their service. If you have any complaints or concerns please let us know within 5 days of your appointment. We will do our best to provide a solution that works for you and the salon.
Product Return
We are happy to refund any unopened product within 7 days.
Bookings Outside Salon Hours
Sometimes we book appointments outside salon hours to accommodate our guests. We charge a 50% deposit on that service at the time of booking.

Tuesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday and Sunday closed
Please note - only professional stylists and nail techs are available past 4pm
Appointments can be made for special occasions like weddings outside these hours based on numbers and availability.
